The service call and diagnosis is $95, and it is credited toward the repair if you go ahead with it. You get an upfront quote before any work begins.
Do you repair Sub-Zero, Wolf, Viking, Thermador and Miele?
Yes. Luxury built-in appliances are our specialty, and we also repair everyday brands like LG, Samsung, GE and Whirlpool.
What warranty do you give on repairs?
Standard repairs carry a 90 days warranty on parts and labor. Major repairs such as compressor or sealed system work carry 1 year. HomeCare members get 18 months.
Do you offer same-day service?
Same-day and next-day appointments are available across our service area whenever the schedule allows.
Do you work on HVAC systems too?
Yes. Besides appliances, we repair and maintain air conditioning, heating, heat pumps and ductless mini-splits.
What is the HomeCare membership?
