Our freezer stopped working recently. When I called West Appliance Service they came to my home to assess the problem within 1 hour of calling. They were able to come back the next day to complete the repairs once they knew what parts they needed. The service was quick, smooth, and well done. We had a great experience working with Ivan and highly recommend anyone to use their services. We will definitely be a repeat customer if our appliances need repair.

We went with West Appliance Service because our usual repair company wasn’t available for an emergency call for a washing machine at one of our rental properties. I’m glad we found them! Mark, our tech, was fast, knowledgable, and very helpful! He was so great that I have already called him for another issue at a different property, instead of calling the other company we usually go with. Thanks Mark, looking forward to continuing working with you going forward!

I highly recommend West Appliance Service. Ivan, my technician, was professional, polite, friendly and had my Viking range and second oven repaired quickly. I will be using West Appliance Service for all my repair jobs in the future.

Rick from West Appliance Service was able to assess my dryer the day after it broke down. I felt so lucky he made time to come even after 5 PM on a Friday! He diagnosed the situation, explained it to me clearly, and gave me his honest opinion about how to proceed. A couple days later, he returned with the necessary piece, and it's been humming ever since. Communication was clear throughout, and he showed up when he said he would. I couldn't ask for more. 11/10!
